Return and Refund Policies

At Clivemart, customer satisfaction and product integrity are taken seriously. Every product available on the platform is inspected before being approved for sale to ensure it meets the expected standards. If an issue occurs with an order, customers may request a return under the conditions outlined below.

A return may be requested if the product delivered is damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description shown on the Clivemart platform.

Return requests must be submitted within forty eight hours of receiving the order. Requests made after this period may not be accepted unless the issue could not reasonably have been identified at the time of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition in which it was delivered. Where applicable, the item must include its original packaging and any accessories that came with it.

Once a return request is submitted, Clivemart may review the claim and request supporting evidence such as photographs showing the condition of the product.

If the request is approved, Clivemart will provide instructions for returning the product or arrange collection where applicable.

After the returned item is received and inspected, Clivemart will determine whether the product meets the conditions of the return policy. If approved, the refund will be issued through the original payment method used during the purchase.

Returns will not be accepted for products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery, or in situations where the buyer simply changes their mind about the purchase.

Clivemart reserves the right to decline return requests that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
